HOPE Vouchers (to be used at HOPE Clinic Upper Sandusky OH only) are available for Hardin County, Ohio residents. Cats only $35!! Limit 2 voucher appointments per day at HOPE Clinic.

To secure a HOPE Clinic voucher for spay at HOPE Clinic you MUST do the following in the order listed below:

1. Call the HOPE Clinic 419-294-4477 and schedule your appointment

2. Pay the $35 copay for each cat to paypal.me/hchs419 and select the "friends and family" option. If you don't use that option, we are charged a fee and you will be responsible for that fee. You can also pay via Venmo @hchumanesociety419.

3. Send us your name, address, and phone number via email at hchumanesociety419@gmail.com.

We will mail the voucher(s) to you via US Postal Service so you must allow for plenty of time to receive them.
